Step by step

1. Wash the bottle inside and out with soapy water; let dry.
2. Pour in a small amount of the paint's surface conditioner, which primes the glass for the enamel.
3. Swirl to coat fully, then pour out excess. ...
4. Pour in enough enamel to easily coat the inside.......
5. That's it  (your bottle paint art is ready)

What kind of paints is used in wine or water glass

When painting glassware, I use Folk Art Enamels; a water-based paint that is specially formulated for glass painting. It is available in craft stores  in many colors. When cured, it is top-shelf dishwasher safe.
